Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder and does not require any physical or digital signature.

At Spiruwell Nutraceutical, we aim to provide high-quality nutraceutical products and a smooth shopping experience. This policy explains the terms related to cancellation, return, replacement, and refund of orders placed through our official website.


1. Order Received in Damaged Condition

We take utmost care in packaging and quality checks. However, if due to transit issues your order is received in a damaged or defective condition, we will offer a replacement or refund.

  • You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos/videos of the damaged product and packaging must be shared as proof
  • After verification, we will arrange pickup and process replacement or refund

2. Incorrect Item Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share supporting images and invoice details
  • We will arrange pickup of the incorrect item
  • Correct item will be shipped at the earliest (subject to availability)

Any other cancellation or return requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.


3. Order Cancellation Policy

3.1 Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been shipped
  • Cancellation request must be emailed to our customer support
  • Refund will be initiated within 2 business days after cancellation approval

3.2 After Shipment

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

3.3 Refund Timelines (Cancellation)

  • Online payments (Card/UPI/Net Banking): Refund processed to original payment method within 2 business days (bank may take 2–7 working days to reflect)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refund via bank transfer after receiving your bank details (2–7 working days)
  • Discount vouchers / coupons: Non-refundable and treated as used

4. Returns, Replacements & Refunds

We accept returns or replacements only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Incorrect product delivered

Return Window

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • Partial returns are allowed (item-level return)

5. Return Process

Step 1: Contact Customer Support within 48 hours of delivery

Step 2: Share Order ID, invoice copy, and product images/videos

Step 3: Product pickup will be arranged within 2–4 business days

Refund or replacement will be initiated only after the returned product passes quality checks and is received in original, unopened condition with all seals, labels, barcodes, and freebies intact.


6. Refund Processing Time

  • Refund will be processed within 48 business hours after product verification
  • Bank processing may take 2–7 additional business days

Refund will be made to the original payment method. For COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer.


7. Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will NOT be accepted if:

  • Product is used, altered, or tampered
  • Damage is due to misuse or overuse
  • Original packaging, labels, seals, or freebies are missing or damaged
  • Return request is raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Product falls under non-returnable category

8. Replacement Availability

Replacement requests are subject to stock availability. If replacement is not available, a full refund will be issued.


9. Special Sales & Promotions

During special campaigns, discounts, or mega sales, different return/refund rules may apply. Such terms will be clearly mentioned on the promotion banner or product page.
